By participating in classes and sessions in our studio you agree to the below terms and conditions, which apply to all yoga exercises, movement and support services provided at or by Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD.
You acknowledge that participation in yoga exercises can involve physical exertion and could constitute a risk of serious injury or disability to yourself. You accept and assume this risk and warrant that you are physically fit and able to perform the yoga exercises. If you have an existing health issue or medical concern, you confirm by participating that you have received clearance from your doctor to partake in yoga exercises and related services. You must take on board pose suggestions from teachers that feel comfortable and work within your limits at all times. If you feel any pain, discomfort, unease or strong, overwhelming emotions you must come out of the pose or practice and rest on your mat, in the knowledge that you can rest at any time during a session.
You accept that Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD, its owners, teachers, contractors or employees of Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD shall not, and will not be deemed to be, held responsible or liable for any injury, illness or other mishaps you sustain arising from, or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the yoga exercises or other services provided.
You understand and acknowledge that it is possible to receive instruction in yoga exercises, movement and related services in theory only. Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD, its owners, teachers, contractors or employees of Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD are not liable for nor expected to provide advice, training or medical assistance other than in the form of yoga exercises and related services. Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD, its owners, teachers, contractors or employees of Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD are not in any way responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.
You indemnify Bliss Yoga & Wellbeing PTY LTD, its owners, teachers, contractors and employees from and against all suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever in connection with or arising out of such injury, illness or mishap to me now and in the future.
Free class passes are valid for new customers only. If you have a Free Class pass, you may use this prior to signing up for the 14 Day Unlimited Intro.
If you purchase the Unlimited Weekly Membership there is a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After that 12 week period, you may cancel your contract at any time, given you provide 14 days advance notice. Your contract may be paused for up to 4 weeks per year, with 14 days advanced notice. The Yearly Unlimited Membership cannot be paused and there will be no refunds provided once the purchase is made.
